I am starting a 90 day fitness challenge tomorrow. While I’m excited, I’m also terrified that I’m going to fail. See, I have this problem with self sabotage. Just as I get close or get into something I do something to blow it.
I’m trying to build in fail safes for me to prevent that from happening.
One way is I created a journal to help me document my journey.
I’m also scheduling me time daily. Not just workouts but other me time things, like meditating and happy list items (more on that later).
I’m adding back in my yoga practice. I haven’t been doing that for a long time, and it shows. I need my yoga to tie together mind, body & spirit.
Most of all, I’m planning meals and snacks to make sure I follow my eating plan. I’m limiting the amount of gluten-because it triggers me to overeat-and focusing on plant powered.
